Transitional Housing

The purpose of the June Kjome Place Transitional Housing Program (JKP) is to provide independent living for up to 24 months to homeless, income eligible victims/survivors of domestic violence and their children. Participants in this program have their own apartment, and receive supportive services to help increase their self-sufficiency and quality of life. Transitional housing participants also may benefit from any of Bluff Country Family Resources other programs.

JKP is located in the rural community of Caledonia, MN. There is no public transportation, so it is helpful for participants to have their own vehicle.
