Transitional Housing / June Kjome Place (JKP)

JKP provides independent living for up to 24 months to homeless, income eligible victims/survivors of domestic violence and their children.
Eligible participants have their own apartment and receive supportive services to help increase their self-sufficiency and quality of life.
JKP participants also benefit from Bluff Country Family Resources other programs. JKP is located in the rural community of Caledonia, MN.

Rapid Rehousing (RRH)

RRH provides assistance to homeless domestic violence victims fleeing violence and their children. Eligible participants receive assistance
finding safe affordable housing and receive 6 months of rent assistance, case management, and supportive services. RRH participants
also benefit from Bluff Country Family Resources other programs.
